The Sidekick has been designed to be repairable; however, the brakestick must be qualified for repair by our technicians before it can be repaired. Sticks to be repaired can be sent to the following address:

Before sending a stick for repair contact us through e-mail or phone. A Purchase Order must accompany returned sticks before they can be repaired and shipped. We do not offer refurbished sticks; this service is for repair and return. If a stick is not able to be repaired, then the sender will be contacted.

The Sidekick comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. Contact us for details
